THIS IS AN INVITATION TO BE PART OF SOMETHING TRULY SPECIAL

We are looking for a motivated and committed speech and language teacher to join our team in the Additional Resource provision (ARP) for speech and language at St John’s Primary School in West Ealing.

We are the borough provision for children with speech, language and communication needs and cater for 25 children who have developmental language disorder and/or a significant speech sound disorder.

We are an inclusive provision where children are fully integrated into the mainstream school and receive intensive speech and language therapy and support in class, in small groups and 1:1.

As a teacher in the ARP you will be expected to establish a caring and supportive relationship with the children and support them in making progress and developing their speech and language skills to be able to fully access the curriculum.

Ideally, you would be an experienced teacher with strong interpersonal skills who has worked with children with speech and language needs within an educational setting.

We provide a supportive and collaborative working environment and the successful candidate would work alongside the ARP staff and the full-time speech and language therapist.
