Salary: Mains/Upper Scale (Inner London) + TLR2b (£42,093.00 to £62,307.00)

About us:
We have the exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced staff in a high quality and well-resourced environment in the role of Subject Leader – Geography. We are based in West London/Ealing. This position is to commence in September 2024 and has arisen due to internal promotion.

About you:
- * The role of Subject Leader – Geography involves ensuring the effective co-ordination of all aspects of Geography and lead the learning and teaching whilst contributing to the monitoring of standards of performance
- * The appointee should be an experienced and outstanding teacher able to demonstrate an excellent record of public examination success
- * Experience and demonstrable success in a position of responsibility within your subject area
- * Ability to enthuse and lead a team effectively.
