Ealing Alternative Provision (EAP) has a purpose built site that delivers high quality bespoke provision in a non-standard setting for pupils out of mainstream school.
About you:
We are looking to appoint an SEN and Inclusion Coordinator with:
*Experience of leading in a secondary school on SEN and Inclusion
- *Experience of working with pupils with SEMH and medical needs
- *Experience of working in Upper/Middle Leadership
- *The ability to oversee and coordinate the work of the SEN teaching team
- *Proven classroom ability and practice
- *Experience of and a sound understanding of how assessment is used to support learning for SEN pupils
- *A good knowledge of strategies for supporting an ethos of positive behaviour management
