Hours : 27.5 hours per week : 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday
Term time, plus 5 training days  when the school is closed to pupils

St Anselm’s Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint a professional, self-motivated, pro-active and organised Receptionist to work in a busy school office.  St Anselm’s is a successful one form entry school located in the heart of Southall, Ealing. The school has a diverse community; this makes for an exciting and thriving environment.

We are looking for a dedicated and dependable individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret and process information accurately and to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively on Microsoft Office for various data entry and work proficiently within SIMS for reporting and data input (training provided)

Experience of working in a school office is highly desirable and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role which includes elements of routine as well as variety and will require the post holder to be able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. We are looking for someone who is organised, methodical and able to follow correct procedures and complete tasks effectively to support the smooth running of the school’s operations.
