Contract: Full-time Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Term time only + 1 week in summer holidays (39 weeks).

We are looking for a Receptionist / administrator who:

  • Will be the face of the office, meeting and greeting visitors, parents and pupils as well as answering telephone enquiries
  • Has excellent communication skills (Essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Essential)
  • Has a sound knowledge of SIMS (Essential)
  • Has a sound knowledge of Word and Excel (Essential)
  • Has experience of working in a school environment (Essential)
  • Has an excellent knowledge of Attendance routines (Essential).
