NURSERY LEAD

We have the exciting opportunity to join our middle leadership team in a high quality and well-resourced environment in the role of Nursery Lead. The role is to lead the Nursery to achieve high quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of learning for all pupils through creative and rigorous curriculum. This position is to commence in September 2025. We are based in West London/Ealing.

 

Skills & Experience needed:
· Suitable degree and UK recognised teaching qualification (i.e. QTS, PGCE)
· Record of successful classroom practice: achieving good progress for the children across a broad range of abilities
· Ability to teach, motivate and support pupils within an effective and inclusive learning environment
· Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders
· Ability to communicate a vision and inspire others with the commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils
· Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
