Villiers High School is looking to appoint a professional, self-motivated, pro-active and organised Learning Mentor /Co-ordinator of Focus Area to work in a busy but rewarding pastoral environment. The successful candidate will provide mentoring and support to pupils, work closely with the safeguarding team and provide support to the Heads of Years.
Excellent communication and IT skills (preferably with SIMS experience) are essential for this role. Experience in school environment is also an essential requirement. Candidates must have the ability to undertake complex tasks and will receive training as required for the post. In this role, the successful candidate may undertake other pastoral duties. We are offering an exciting opportunity for the right person with a positive can-do attitude.
