We are seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated and supportive team at Clifton Primary School. In this crucial role, you will carry out PPA cover for teachers, contributing to the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging work and support programmes for individual pupils and small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Advance pupils’ learning in a range of classroom settings, including working with whole classes where the assigned Teacher is not present.
- * Carry out timetabled PPA cover for Teachers.
- * Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the effective implementation of learning plans and strategies.
- * Provide targeted support to pupils, addressing their individual needs and helping them to achieve their full potential.
- * Maintain accurate records and provide feedback on pupil progress to teachers and parents.
