As an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) you will have the opportunity to join a friendly, diverse, inclusive 3 form entry primary school. You will work in a supportive, caring environment with a well-motivated team in KS2.
As an ECT you will be fully supported through:
- * A comprehensive 2 year mentoring programme.
- * Full access to a local ECT training programme provided by an appropriate body.
- * Full support from a highly experienced teaching and leadership team.
