Do you have time to spare in the middle of the day?

We are looking to recruit a front of house dining supervisor for our ARP team. Fielding is a fantastic place to work. Imagine working in a school where everybody chooses to bring energy, passion and a positive attitude to the job every day.

Does that sound like you?

You might be just the person we are looking for!

Lunchtimes are a busy but important part of the school day. We are looking to increase the number of staff available during this time to make the dining experience even better for our pupils.  Our pupils in the ARP all have social communication difficulties and so eating in the busy lunch hall can be too overwhelming for them.  We have 27 pupils ranging across the school years who need support during their lunch times and out on the playground. Some of our pupils access their lunch times in the main hall and on the main playground and some require a smaller and quieter setting.

As a member of our front of house team, you will work in the ARP and across in mainstream supporting our pupils across all our age groups.

You would encourage good manners, model expected behaviour and help pupils with lunchtime routines, social interaction and emotional regulation. After each service you would then make sure the dining area is prepared for the next group of pupils.
