About us:
Mandeville is an outstanding primary school for pupils who have severe or profound learning difficulties, many pupils also have autism. We are looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated teacher to join our experienced and dedicated team of staff.
At Mandeville we have a culture of innovative practice and are developing research based approaches. We want to influence and shape the future of special education. We would provide you with support, training and coaching to further develop your knowledge and skills in this exciting field of education.

About you:
You need to be a reflective and responsive teacher who is committed to working with the children, their families and the community. You will need to have a partnership approach to working with professionals from education, health and social care to ensure high quality provision for these pupils.
School is organised into three departments; one for pupils with severe and profound learning difficulties and the other for pupils with severe learning difficulties and autism along with our new Satellite building which which accommodates 24 pupils. Classes are organised on an age, need and learning style basis.
