Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher for September 2025. Our stable school offers clear planning resources, strong support, and a cultural capital program with enriching trips. We provide a welcoming environment and, for a suitable candidate, a relocation allowance.

About the school

Vicar’s Green Primary is an outstanding and oversubscribed 2 form entry school. Our building and grounds are well resourced and modern and we also have a fully equipped staff gym on site.
Our 1930’s building has been beautifully renovated and includes an assembly hall, classrooms for Year 1, 2, and 3 and a multi-use computer room. We have wonderful play spaces for the children and amazing facilities for the staff.

The school is surrounded by great transport links, the A40, A406 (North Circular), bus routes and both the Piccadilly and Central Line stations are within easy walking distance. The local area is a free parking zone and there is parking available on the school site.

We have a clear vision for the school that is shared by our Governors and the children’s families. For more information visit the schools website and check out the virtual tour  www.vicarsgreenprimaryschool.co.uk

We will offer you:

· A supportive learning environment with extensive outdoor facilities, including an amphitheatre, sensory garden, outdoor classroom, and MUGA.

· Well-behaved, eager-to-learn children, along with promotion opportunities and ongoing professional development.

If you are an ECT, we will offer you:

* A two-year ECT programme with Teach West London, supported by UCL.

*A personal mentor throughout your two-year ECT programme to guide and support you during your induction, and a dedicated tutor to meet with regularly and discuss your progress.

*External training with the borough, fully funded by us, to support your development as an ECT.

* A joining allowance.

Feel free to schedule a tour and informal chat with a member of the Senior Leadership Team to experience ‘Life at Vicar’s Green
