Ealing Alternative Provision (EAP) has a purpose built site that delivers high quality bespoke provision in a non-standard setting for pupils out of mainstream school.

EAP are looking for a highly organised Assessment Co-ordinator to join them To manage the EAP Assessment process from initial meeting through to placement within EAP or other provision and to Supervise pupils through their assessment programmes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • *To manage the EAP Assessment process from initial meeting through to placement within EAP or other provision
  • *Supervise pupils through their assessment programmes
  • *To liaise with staff within EAP to ensure that pupils complete their assessments in a timely manner
  • *Liaise with parents/carers to ensure positive engagement throughout the Assessment process and beyond
  • *To work closely with outside agencies/schools to ensure accurate information gathering to provide a holistic view of the child and their individual situation
  • *Maintain up to date case files for pupils, in line with EAP GDPR policy
  • *Prepare relevant sections of Assessment Report, and oversee Assessment Report to ensure timely completion, including drawing in contributions from other senior professionals
