We are looking for a wonderful School Administrator to join our happy and successful Stanhope Team.
35 hours per week – Mon to Fri 8am to 4pm.
40 weeks (term time only plus 2 weeks).
Stanhope Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic School Administrator to join our friendly office team. This is an important and busy role, ensuring that we provide a professional and efficient service to our families, staff and visitors. Administrative experience is essential and previous experience in a school office is desirable.
The role includes:
- Providing general administrative support
- Responding to emails, answer telephone calls and to assist parents and visitors to the school
- Maintaining manual and computerised records/ management information systems
- Taking daily registers
- Taking notes at meetings
- Collating pupil reports
- Sending out parent communications and setting up and managing school trips (including payments) on the school’s communications system, ParentMail
- Managing the ordering of goods and resources.
You will be:
- An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person
- A team player who loves to work as part of a team and is able to work on their own initiative and to be proactive
- Patient, flexible and positive.
