The Governing Body of St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a self-motivated, approachable and organised individual to manage our administration team as Administration and Finance Manager. The main duty of this role is to oversee the management of school administrative systems and monitoring of the school’s budgetary and financial systems.
The successful candidate will be someone who:
- Is fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
- Has considerable administration and finance experience (preferably in a school or education context)
- Has knowledge of school’s systems, including SIMS, FMS and BACS
- Has excellent IT skills
- Is able to work efficiently to tight deadlines and has excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Is an effective communicator who is able to lead, multi-task and work as part of team
- Is prepared to play a full and active part in the life of the school.
