in February 2025.

About the role:
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
*Oversee the school’s finances, HR, administration, and site operations to ensure everything runs smoothly while
adhering to safeguarding standards.
*To effectively negotiate and communicate with outside agencies.
*To have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, children, and parents.
*Lead and support the administrative and site management teams, helping them perform at their best.
*Ensure the safety, well-being, and safeguarding of all children and young people in our care.
*A self-motivated individual who takes initiative and works independently, while also collaborating effectively with
others to achieve goals.
