As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, leading, and developing the award-winning Trading Standards team that addresses a variety of consumer protection issues, ranging from gold hallmarking and seizures of illicit alcohol and tobacco, to counterfeit goods and unsafe face coverings and hand sanitizers.
To excel in this role, you must have experience as a Trading Standards Officer, and the ideal candidate will have experience in managing enforcement teams.
Your attention to detail, solution-focused approach, and dedication to providing excellent service to our businesses and residents are essential qualities we are looking for.
