#StepUpToSocialWork is a hugely rewarding degree programme and could be your next career.
Step Up To Social Work is an intensive, 14-month, full-time programme, designed for people who want to become a social worker but do not have a degree in social work.
Successful candidates will have their fees paid and receive a tax-free bursary of £21,995.
Applicants need to have a minimum 2:2 degree qualification (level 6) to apply to the programme. Further criteria can be found in the link below.
We encourage applications from a diverse range of candidates and aim to have a workforce that represents the society that we serve.
Trainees will commence on the programme in January 2026 and finish in March 2027.
The application process will open on 17 February 2025.
