Ealing Council’s Labour Group was re-elected as the majority group on the Council in May 2022.
The Leader of the Council has ambitious plans for the Borough and this role will work closely with the Leader and Group Whip to assist with the management of the Council’s Labour Group. The main focus of the role is to ensure that the Labour Group are engaged with and driving forward the delivery of the Council Plan and to oversee the group’s interaction with the Council’s democratic decision making procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a politically astute individual to work in a fast paced Office covering a wide range of local, regional and national issues. The ideal candidate will be politically savvy, able to work on their own initiative and have excellent communication skills.
The role is a permanent appointment.
