We wish to recruit an experienced application specialist for Social Care and Schools.
Candidates should have extensive experience of MOSAIC Workflow and JScript development and at least 2 out of 3 areas from:
- Children’s Group based working (Mosaic specific)
- Mosaic social care finance or other hands-on finance experience
- Mosaic social care reporting development or equivalent case mgmt. reporting skills
- Synergy Schools/SEN workflow development and configuration
The role will work primarily in Children’s and Schools support and workflow and process development, but will need a good knowledge of Adults’ processes and/or care finance operations. Candidates will understand the full set of processes required for case management: contact/referrals, assessments, visits, registration, care packages and payments and reporting/monitoring.
Candidates will need to demonstrate a practical knowledge of social care processes and an understanding of service statutory obligations in recording and reporting.
- The key areas of responsibility will be to:
- Gather accurate business requirements **
- Define, develop and deploy deliverables in a timely manner to agreed timescales **
- Support and upgrade the current workflows and forms deployed in Social care and Schools **
- Make forms and workflows intelligent by use of local scripting and configuration **
- Make organisational changes within applications relating to security, roles and team structures **
- Deploy services structures in respect of care packages and finance **
- Support and upgrade applications (Mosaic, Synergy and others)
- Specify, configure and deploy portals and integrations as required
- Perform detailed acceptance testing using formalised test scenarios and scripts
- Develop monitoring and reports using standard reporting tools
- Manage stakeholder and suppliers by use of SLA’s and other monitors
- Progress all service desk incidents, changes and service requests as assigned
- Engage in all ITIL and PRINCE2 processes in a professional manner
Mosaic development skills and knowledge of other areas will be practically tested
