We are looking for a permanent full time Complaints Officer who sees dealing with customer complaints and representations as key to providing good services.
Ealing Children’s Services, Adults’ Services and Public Health are serious about feedback from service users and their representatives – whether it’s good or bad we want to know. Based within our Customer Care Team, you will be receiving, processing and managing the complaints, members’ enquiries and Local Government Ombudsman information requests. You will have a commitment to supporting service users, carers and staff to achieve fair outcomes to complaints and to drive learning from complaints leading to service improvements.
The successful candidates will need to be both robust and determined but also tactful, and supportive to complainants and their representatives. The work can be demanding but the rewards are considerable. Candidates are required to have a minimum of some experience of working in a public organisation dealing with complaints and representations.
If you are interested in joining our small team, which is playing a key role in service delivery and improvement. We look forward to receiving your completed application by Thursday, 28th November.
