About the Role
As our Community Partnership and Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of connecting communities with growth opportunities. You’ll coordinate and maintain partnerships with employers, community organisations, and stakeholders to design and deliver inclusive training programmes, career pathways, and work experience opportunities that meet local needs.
You’ll lead business development activities, secure new funding and sponsorships, and manage commercial partnerships to grow our service and support residents into learning and employment. You’ll champion innovative work experience programmes, oversee sub-contracted delivery partnerships, and ensure our service maintains the highest standards of quality and impact.
