Job description

Ealing is looking for a results-focussed professional to work within its 24 hour CCTV Control Room.  The successful candidate will have experience of CCTV operations, partnership working and problem solving.

Working within a fast-paced CCTV Control Room alongside CCTV colleagues and other partners, you will be responsible for undertaking proactive CCTV patrols, responding to developing situations, capturing best possible evidence and liaising on a daily basis with police colleagues.

Customer focus and results focus, as well as excellent communication skills, are key.  Prospective candidates should have experience of operating CCTV, liaising with police and partners, using police radio and producing evidence for use in criminal prosecutions.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role.  This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016
