Ealing council’s leisure services department responsible for managing the borough’s parks and open spaces, leisure services, cemeteries and allotments is looking for a motivated individual to join the team as its business support officer.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and with a range of internal and external partners and colleagues. Ideally you should have a good understanding of the service and experience of working in a similar business support role.
Your duties will be wide ranging and will include dealing with enquiries from members of the public on a range of issues, to booking and dealing with general enquiries and developing the leisure services part of the Council’s website.
Additionally you will be leading on the administrative management of our allotment service, liaising with a variety of individuals and voluntary groups managing allotment sites.
