An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and dynamic individual to lead Ealing’s Adult Social Care Collection Service within the Local Taxation and Accounts Receivable division.
This is a key role in the Local Taxation and Accounts Receivable department. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and ambitious person to lead and continually develop the service. We have made significant change in the last few years and want someone to continue with the challenge and lead on a range of tasks to maximise income collection.
It will require you to be able to work across sections to promote a “one Council” approach. A creative attitude to tasks will also be valued in this role, as the service is constantly looking to raise performance and the customer experience.
You will be a confident self-starter with excellent relationship building skills and be responsible for juggling sometimes conflicting priorities to provide an excellent service. It’s a challenging role but a rewarding one.
You will have to demonstrate substantial experience in a senior role in Debt Collection within a large organisation.
