The Governors of this successful two form entry school, are looking for an innovative, ambitious and compassionate Headteacher to lead St Raphael’s Catholic Primary School in its next chapter of growth and success.

As a confident, innovative and inspirational leader, the successful applicant will show that they are able to maintain good relationships throughout the school community and participate fully in the life of our school.

The successful candidates will:
- Be a practising Catholic with a vision for Catholic education
- Have a record of appropriate management success and proven leadership skills
- Have experience and success in sustaining and raising standards within the school setting and enabling further educational opportunities for students
- Be inspirational in leading a loyal team of committed, hardworking and talented teachers and support staff
- Be innovative in the use of resources and personnel to ensure efficiency and maximum levels of productivity
- Continue to support and enhance our strong partnership between home, schools, parishes and the wider community.
