Headteacher – St Raphael’s Catholic Primary School

The Governors of this successful two form entry school, are looking for an innovative, ambitious and compassionate Headteacher to lead St Raphael’s Catholic Primary School in its next chapter of growth and success.

 St Raphael’s is a nurturing and inclusive environment that puts children at the heart of everything we do. The school serves a diverse community in the heart of Northolt, Ealing. We are looking for a candidate who can build on our strong foundations and make changes where needed. As a confident, innovative and inspirational leader, the successful applicant will show that they are able to maintain good relationships throughout the school community and participate fully in the life of our school.

The new Head Teacher has a wonderful opportunity to make a genuine impact. We welcome all applicants with experience of Senior leadership who will demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills whilst nurturing the very positive school ethos and building on the solid foundations of success.

 

The successful candidates will:

  • Be a practising Catholic with a vision for Catholic education
  • Have a record of appropriate management success and proven leadership skills
  • Have experience and success in sustaining and raising standards within the school setting and enabling further educational opportunities for students
  • Be inspirational in leading a loyal team of committed, hardworking and talented teachers and support staff
  • Be innovative in the use of resources and personnel to ensure efficiency and maximum levels of productivity
  • Continue to support and enhance our strong partnership between home, schools, parishes and the wider community.
