The Governors of this ‘Good’ two form of entry primary school, are looking to appoint a Site Manager who is positive, self motivated and hard working to join our ambitious friendly team to create an environment of Excellence, Empowerment & Enjoyment.

We are particularly interested in a Site Manager who:

  • Is positive, self-motivated and hard-working
  • Wants to join our ambitious team, who shares our core values and our ‘only the best will do’ approach.
  • Will take pride in our school and ensure that the environment is safe, clean and tidy for children, staff, families and visitors.
  • Can use their initiative, work under pressure, and be flexible with a problem-solving approach.
  • Has practical skills and high energy levels.
  • Can carry out works that support the upkeep and security of the site.
  • Can liaise closely with the Headteacher on health and safety within the school, ensuring that the school is complying with current health and safety legislation/guidelines.
  • Is a good communicator, ensuring that premises staff work together as a team. You will be able to prove previous health & safety knowledge, have basic computer skills and be reliable, competent and trustworthy.
