The Governors of Stanhope are seeking to recruit a School Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated admin team in running the main school office. The Successful candidate will play a key role in undertaking reception duties as well as supporting office and teaching staff in a range of more general administrative tasks.
The successful applicant will be:
• Able to form good relationships with parents, pupils, staff and visitors.
• Able to stay calm and maintain a sense of humour under pressure.
• A good team player.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to multi task.
• Experienced and confident in the use of ICT.
• Thoroughly professional, understanding issues of confidentiality and the need to protect the welfare of children.
• Knowledge of SIMS software
