The governors of South Acton Nursery School and Children’s Centre (SACC) wish to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Centre Practitioner to join John Perryn Children’s Centre. John Perryn offers a range of outreach services to the local families and children aged from 6 months to 5 years and operates from 9am to 4.30pm (Monday – Friday) and throughout the year.
About you
We are looking to appoint a Centre Practitioner to work across the Acton Locality to plan, deliver and evaluate a range of quality universal and targeted sessions and/or groups for children and their families, with a view to promote early learning, improve speech and language, promote attachment and provide support to parents.
To do this, good interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
If you hold an NVQ level 3 in Childcare, have experience of early years childcare and are able to build rapport with parents through a supportive and encouraging approach, we invite you to apply for this new role.
