We need your vision, experience, energy and drive to build our Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP). The 24 place unit for children with Social, Communication and Language Needs (Primarily ASD) which opened in September 2019.
The ARP Lead will be responsible for taking the ARP into the next phase of development, leading the provision and ensuring that the ARP is fully integrated into Willow Tree Primary School.
You will need –
- Successful experience of working with children with Language and Communications Needs including Autism.
- An ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A passion for the inclusive education for all.
- The National Award in Special Education Needs Coordination or be willing to study for this.
