Job description

We are looking for dynamic, innovative and conscientious Practice Support Co-ordinators to provide a comprehensive administration service to our Multi Agency & Support Teams (MAST) to allow delivery of services to children, young people, families and carers through multi-disciplinary teams.

This is a pivotal role to the smooth running and organisation of the MAST teams. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from staff and partner agency professionals and will provide key support in managing systems, processing spreadsheets, financial transactions and producing key statistical information, as well as more general business support tasks including organising meetings, minute taking and diary management.

The successful candidates will have experience of managing competing priorities and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018. You will be known for your flexible approach, attention to detail, can do attitude and demonstrate your ability to maintain focus whilst working under pressure to deadlines whilst delivering good customer service.
