Ealing Councils Employment, Learning and Skills team are seeking a Partnerships and Performance Officer to work as part of Work Ealing to support unemployed people into training and employment.
The team includes adult learning, employment support and apprenticeships and works with a wide variety of local and sub regional partners to improve economic outcomes for residents.
You will design and set up coherent systems for tracking and monitoring the delivery of outcomes both from direct and from partnership delivery.
You will establish mechanisms to track and monitor the impact of our social value policies as well as major funding programmes such as ESF as well as work with West London partners to capture and report local delivery.
A team player, you will be methodical and have great attention to detail; you will have excellent communication, analysis and digital skills and understand the importance of the work we do to serve our community. You will have experience of design and operation of monitoring and reporting systems within an economic development and local government context.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
